Visiting Willard home

Last Thursday we visited Willard home and we sung Christmas carols flow and amèlie played the piano rebbecca played the violin and Libby played the glockenspiel then we read to them and it was fun because I got to share my mirror illusion it was also fun walking there and back.

Art 2016

This year we did a lot of art the fist art we did was the Vincent van gogh sunflowers then charlottes web until now we have done half picture half Colered in and my most favorite is the different shades of green and we have cut 2 circles and the they swapped sides and her it is.

 We have done so much art after all of this I felt great not nervous anymore because it is all over and done with. Also it was fun it made me get excited and I got a bit of help but that is ok.

The Dear govermemt  i should own a big Island!

I would build a dinosaur attraction for big moola we will be rich moola moola moola!  With that moola some to bills and also new attractions.

I will be famous I will have lots of safety  restrictions. I will invent knew tech and I will blow people's minds plus I will give you a free tour and I will take you to the control room.

One tiny island would power the big  island so the small island will hold a power source  that is powerful enough to power 8 countries  because the tech and super electric fences would need lots of power.

Plus big boats = lots of tourists it will be so cool that people will faint and we will advance to better Dino's ones that will scare parents  but for safety there will be big acu  staitions all over the park so if something goes wrong they will now there weaknesses and take care of the promlemo.

You don’t want me to be sad  and then I can’t follow my dreams  :( ☠️‍

MARKET DAY

Tomorrow on the the 11th of November is market day!

It was fun shopping and selling. At the end everybody was happy. The market day products I got was so cool and epic. Alex didn't have any money so I bought him a car track ticket that was fun. We chose our products by voting as a class. We used plastic jelly beans and cups. We got 4 beans to insert your favourite one. After voting we had flat packs,candy cane rain deer and popsicle xmas trees!

 (Knock knock! Who’s there? Brain busters. Brain busters who? Brain busters  are having an epic sail at market day.  They are so fruity and delicious...Oh you may be wondering what ‘they’ are?... They are… AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, FUNKY LOOKING CANDY CANE REINDEER! Epic sail they are only $1 come on down to Russell Street School. Think fast or you will be the last.

We also sold Wooden flat packs and popsicle christmas trees.

Mum and I had a wonderful time shopping and we were pretty happy customers. We made $144.10.  It was so cool and it was really loud and everything sold out!

This is my te reo slide I hope you like it. This was hard but my group helped me to get it done. I learnt a lot of Maori words. I know how to say penerako which means pencil.

flat pack

 Design Brief
We want a decorative model that can be put on top of the shelves by the windows. The model needs to be:

• Made from cardboard
• A flat pack design
• Good enough to go in a shop

We had a go at following instructions to make a flat pack Christmas Tree. We used this concept to help us to create our own flat pack using the design process.

As part of the design process we created prototypes and reflected on what worked and what didn't.

Lolly Cake

Ingredients:

120 g butter
250 g malt biscuit crumbs
180 g fruit puffs
1/2 tin condensed milk
coconut – for coating

Method:

1. Warm butter and condensed milk together in the microwave.
2. Add biscuit crumbs and fruit puffs.
3. Stir well.
4. Roll into one log or small balls. Coat in coconut.

My holidays

The holidays
wake up Ryan you need to get ready for surgery you can't eat or drink but let's go zoom! We were out of the house and into the hospital and we got through the doors and we saw baby pigeons with a mother pigeon out one of the Windows. then we went up the stairs into the waiting room and read my book and Ryan dale please come to the operation room ok I said. And I had to put a court on I breathed trough a mask and thZZZZzzzzzzzz. Boo I waked up really tired  I had a needle poking out of my arm and I had lunch in the wake up room and then went home to rest.

The next day I woke up feeling so much better I watched tv and played video games before lunch and then was lunch and I had I diet of soft food I had samwige's and some juice then I went outside to play a drop drop drop rain no back inside to rest on the couch. I watched TV It was fun until there was no shows left I liked. Then I had dinner and had pudding brushed my teeth and I dreamed about winning lottery of "$100,000 million google" and then i fell asleep waiting to wake up in the morning feeling like a smiling kitten.

cross country

cross country

At the cross country my heart was beat just watching everybody else. Then I heard "year 4s come to the starting line". Then "on your mark, get set, honk". The hooter went. Everyone was off like a herd of stomping elephants running from their predators. The challenging bits were the mud and stairs but the good bits were the down hill and the big big field. At the end it was sad because I came last but at least I tried and I will keep practising until my breath is out.
